We're seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Secretarial and Administrative Support professional to join our dynamic team. You'll play a vital role in supporting the Associate Director of Para medicine and Clinical Practice, as well as the broader Clinical Practice team.What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for the Clinical Practice, handling email inquiries and managing communication effectively.
- Provide word processing expertise, crafting high-quality correspondence, reports, submissions, and documents.
- Maintain and manage the electronic rostering system for Clinical Practice staff.
- Capture key decisions and action items by diligently preparing meeting minutes.
- Ensure smooth information flow by processing and distributing mail efficiently.
- Maintain a well-stocked office environment, replenishing supplies and equipment as needed.
- Track and report on key performance indicators relevant to your role.
- Has proven experience in office administration procedures.
- Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork and independent work styles.
- Manages correspondence, documents, and data with exceptional organisation.
