About the role:
As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support services to members at the Keilor Downs Police Station, North-West Metro Region, Division 3.

Your duties will include:
* Provide general office support duties.
* Maintaining accountable documents including data entry, typing and word processing.
* The recording and tracking of briefs, correspondence and property and attend to follow-up procedures as required with a high attention to detail.
* Assist with the processing of lost and confiscated property.
* Attend to telephone and counter enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders and provide information and advice as required.
As the successful applicant, you will have:
* Experience in working with computers and various programs to perform a arrange of administrative tasks.
* Sound communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to accurately maintain systematic and administrative records whilst meeting strict deadlines.
* Ability to work successfully within a team environment and work independently.
* Display initiative and proactive work practices.
Requirements and relevant information:
* One (1) full time, ongoing position available.
* Position will be located at Keilor Downs Police Station, 1 Copernicus Way, Keilor Downs. While this position will have a nominated usual place of work, the position may be required to work at other locations, in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Victorian Public Service Agreement.
* Applicants must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa.
* The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment checks which may include fingerprint checks and misconduct screening.
