About the role
WesTrac is seeking an experienced Administrator to join our Casula Branch.
This role will see you responsible for providing a range of general branch administration duties to ensure the smooth flow of work and the administration and operation of a proficient, cohesive team.
This role will be the next step in your administrative career and provide exposure to multiple areas including customer service, administration support, accurate timesheet entry and assistance, daily reconciliation, and continuous general administrative duties and ongoing support for the branch. You will also provide a high level of service to both internal and external customers.
This position is offered as a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. The hours are 08:00 am - 4:30 pm each work day.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with other departments and teams in the business and external customers
- Processing purchase orders and reconciling invoices
- Data entry, reporting and general administration duties within the branch
- Daily timesheet entry and assistance
- Site access management
- Vendor management
- Booking training and maintaining the training matrix
- Updating team intranet sites
- Business Administration qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar industry (Preferred but not essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to effectively build and maintain successful working relationships
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
- Proven time management skills and experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives.
- Excellent communication skills - Interpersonal, written and verbal
- Supportive and "can do" attitude
