An exciting opportunity is available for an Administrator to work in a 6-12 month maternity leave contract role. This is for our WA contract and the work hours are Monday-Friday from 12pm-8pm. These ours can be flexible.
The successful candidates will have the ability to liaise with people at all levels, and provide exceptional service to both our trades, clients, tenants and internal stakeholders. This is a demanding role and will suit someone who thrives in a busy environment with excellent organisational skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests;
- Allocating and processing maintenance work orders;
- Following up outstanding maintenance orders with sub-contractors;
- Invoicing;
- Raising quotes and orders;
- Data entry and email correspondence;
- Providing service to our sub-contractors and client;
- General ad-hoc duties.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Microsoft Office skills;
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal;
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi task;
- Friendly disposition and positive 'can do' attitude;
- Flexible and adaptable to change;
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
