This is the essential training ground.We are looking for an energetic, independent and enthusiastic people advocate to join our busy HR team in our Sydney Support Office.You'll be thrown into the world of the employee life cycle, performing critical tasks to assist our team in attracting, recruiting, onboarding, managing the performance and rewarding our employees.What will you be doing you ask?
- Writing job ads and supporting recruitment activities
- Contract management for new starters and people moving within our business
- Supporting employee life cycle management and setting up new employees in our HR and learning systems, and terminating them in the systems when they leave
- Supporting the business with general HR enquiries
- Providing general administrative support to our team

You will have:- Completed an HR or related qualification
