- Sound data skills and experience with Excel and reconciliation highly advantageous
- Reconciliation and receipt of lease agreements from individual lot owners which have been received in a dedicated inbox.
- Correspondence with the lot owners including follow up of accurate details.
- Confirmation of bank account details for back payment and future payment to lot owners.
- Sending out statements, payment reminders and invoices to customers.
- General admin duties and providing support to admin team/back office.
