About the opportunity
The Sales Administrator reports to the Sales Estimating Manager and is part of the Sales Estimating team. The key focus of this role is to assist controlling and distributing the workflow for the department to ensure the key deliverables are met for each of the business units. More specifically, you will:
- Ensure documentation received from sales is accurate and complete
- Create new jobs in BusinessCraft
- Order required statutory reports and follow up on reports weekly
- Allocate workflow
- Issue approved documentation
- Provide other general administrative assistance to the Sales Estimating team
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- Administration experience is desirable
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to work autonomously
- Efficient and adaptable with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A keen interest in the residential construction industry
