The Role:
A busy and friendly Clinical and Forensic Psychology practice located in the CBD is seeking an exceptional full-time Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients, referrers, staff, and clinicians, answering phones, and managing incoming emails.
You will liaise with health funds, Medicare, DVA, referrers, clients, and service providers, coordinate the practice diary, and schedule, confirm, and bill appointments. Additionally, you will process payments, handle bulk billing and DVA claims, manage confidential client documentation, and perform other clerical duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have previous medical practice experience, exceptional computer skills, and the ability to work with various personalities and work styles. Strong communication and organisational skills, the ability to handle confidential information, and proficiency in time management are essential. Experience with Front Desk, Genie Solutions, Best Practice, or Medical Director is highly regarded. Essential Criteria:
- Previous administrative experience is required for this position.
- Experience in a medical practice
- Working with Children Check
- Current Police Check
- Proof of Vaccination.
