As an Administrator, you will be responsible for processing and checking applicants' eligibility for the Training Programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Process applications for the Training Program
- Collect data from all members when processing applications
- Contribute to the development of all procedures, supporting documents and eligibility guides
- Proactively communicate with members and respond to queries related to their application
- Support other employees with answering member queries
- Tertiary qualification in Business or equivalent relevant experience
- Previous experience within a Health and/or Education related industry
- Able to work efficiently in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
