Position: Administration Assistant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our team on a casual bases and contribute to the smooth running of our clinic. This position offers flexible working from home options.
Position Overview:
As the Administrator and Domain Health, you will be the backbone of our operations ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks that both supports the healthcare practitioners and enhance the experience of all our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process billing payments, including but not limited to health fund claims and Medicare rebates
- Maintain accurate client records and ensuring confidentially of sensitive information
- Handling incoming emails and enquires and redirecting them to the appropriate staff member
- Manage appointments bookings, cancellations and rescheduling
- Debt Collecting and following up payments
- Able to come in to clinic ONE day a week
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer services skills
- Organised with good time management
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Reliable internet connection and suitable space to work from home
