Infinite Fire Solutions are recruiting for a highly organised and hands on Operations Co-ordinator to work from our Berrimah office.
As we are flexible on working arrangements as this can be a Full or Part time role.
This critical role is responsible for the coordination of our service technicians and contractors to ensure the needs of our clients are met.
About You
The successful candidate will be a driven professional who strives for the best possible outcomes for their client base.
The successful candidate will be an analytical thinker who enjoys the opportunity to problem solve, an organised professional who pays strict attention to detail and who can adapt to a fast-paced environment. Ideally you will have experience in service co-ordination and working with a team of technicians / trades. Fire industry experience is preferred but not essential.
The Key Duties of this role will include:
* Answering incoming phone calls.
* Ordering required parts from suppliers
* Scheduling of on road service technicians
* Updating fire equipment asset registers
* Reporting to clients on required rectification works.
* Providing quotations to clients and follow
up on those submitted.
* Invoicing completed service and defect work
* Manage company stationary
* General Administration Duties
