A growing project construction firm based in the northern suburbs seeks an experienced administrator to join their growing organisation on a full-time permanent basis. This is a newly created role to assist the business as they take on more work and opportunities.
Your new role
Working alongside the directors and the new Project Manager, you will be helping with all aspects of administration. This will include the following; booking of jobs, providing quotes, scheduling of jobs, allocating contractors and resources to ensure things run on time. You will also be taking phone calls and sending emails, assisting with invoices and queries and any other adhoc tasks to help the business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven administration experience, ideally in the Construction Industry, property, or facilities management industry, and be highly organised. Ideally, you will have experience using a CRM system to book and allocate jobs alongside good Microsoft Excel and word skills. You will have a friendly personality and be able to fit into a close-knit office team. You must be able to work in the office full-time from 8.30-5 (however some flexibility if school drop off/pick-ups needed). This is a permanent role so the ideal candidate must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
