As the Admin Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes. You'll lead a dedicated team of administrative professionals, collaborating closely with our team of Oncologists, Specialists, and Cancer Nurses to ensure that every aspect of patient care is meticulously managed.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Elevate patient service to new heights, ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost care and compassion.

- Anticipate and meet the appointment needs of our patients, working closely with our clinical team to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.
- Oversee the administration process for new patients and manage incoming referrals with precision and accuracy.
- Collaborate with our Nurses to prioritize referrals and streamline the appointment process.
- Coordinate doctor consult appointments with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring that clinics run smoothly and effectively.
- Take ownership of clinic billing procedures and report generation, ensuring compliance and accuracy at all times.
- Effectively manage Consultant diaries to optimize clinic schedules and patient flow.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and excellence within our administrative team, supporting and empowering team members to achieve their full potential.
We're looking for individuals who
- Bring extensive experience in medical administration and a deep understanding of medical terminology, preferably gained in a busy clinical setting.
- Possess outstanding communication skills, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
- Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Are self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Are proficient in clinical administration systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Embrace a collaborative approach to leadership, aligning with our values of teamwork and patient-centered care.
- Ideally, have experience working with cancer patients, although this is not essential.
- Are flexible and adaptable, willing to travel to different sites and attend leadership meetings as required.

Desirable experience and qualifications
- Tertiary education level.
- Business-related management qualification desirable.
- Minimum of 2 years management experience working in a similar role.
- Previous experience of working with the private health sector.
