Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage related administrative tasks.
• Assist with setting up new accounts and support order processing.
• Handle various order types, including the management of backorders.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and Account Managers.
• Undertake various administrative tasks and serve as a backup for team members.
• Manage Excel-related tasks, including invoice generation and submission form updates, and coordinate the distribution of sample products.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).
• Exceptional organisational skills, with an ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is beneficial.
