We’re looking for a Sales Administrator, to join our sales team within Score Group based at our facility in Wangara, Perth. This is a permanent Part-time role, Wednesday and Thursdays.

Your role within our team
The Sales Administrator be responsible for providing fundamental support to our internal sales team, opening and acknowledging sales enquiries and recording them on the system, processing orders, filing, answering the phone and any other sales related duties as required by the team.
If you have excellent Microsoft skills and enjoy working as part of a team this is a great chance to develop your administrative skills further within a fast paced and varied environment.
This position is permanent Part-time, Wednesday and Thursday. Office hours are between 8.00am to 4.30pm, however these times are flexible and can be discussed at interview stage.
Primary Responsibilities
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain the best purchasing options in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery and services.
- Managing opportunities on the system to ensure that they are logged, issued, reviewed and accepted on receipt of purchase orders.
- Communicating to all stakeholders with regular updates.
- Generating and issuing invoices.
- Maintaining internal filing and job tracking systems, including archiving
- Tracking and recording purchasing activity and following up on overdue items.
- Producing accurate sales reports and documents.

- Organised and able to meet work deadlines.
- Sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Office package – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- A professional and positive telephone manner.
