Our Federal Government Client is engaging in an APS4 Contact Centre Officer within their Regulatory Engagement Branch.
Help deliver the departments mission by providing first point of contact enquiry services for all of their Stakeholders. The team manages both the general email and phone enquiry lines. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic staff with a passion for helping others, an inquisitive mind, and a team player attitude.
