About the role
Our Administration role will provide you with a unique opportunity to coordinate complex mobile allied health services, scheduling and managing clinician’s diaries and patient’s bookings. This is a casual role (approx. 12hrs per week) with the potential of future advancement for the right candidate.
Main responsibilities, not limited:
- Managing the complex community care scheduling appointments of allied health services across the business;
- Attending to incoming phone calls from patients, key referrers and staff members in a timely and professional manner;
- Communicating with case managers, referrers, patients and clinicians on a daily basis;
- Ensuring all communication with clients and patients is effective and managed in an empathetic, friendly, interested and patient manner to quickly build rapport, trust, and confidence;
- Providing administrative support including fielding calls, printing, filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading documents, client compliance, employee compliance, general cleaning, etc;
- Assisting the TRS admin management team to ensure the smooth operation of the office;
- Ensuring all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Total Rehab Solutions databases and software programs in accordance with organisation policies and procedures and legislative frameworks;
- Ensuring the highest quality service and support is consistently delivered.
