About the position:
We are currently looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist / Office Administrator to fill our full-time role as soon as possible. The role will encompass all responsibilities surrounding a busy reception. This includes answering and transferring incoming calls through the switchboard, greeting visitors, preparing mail distribution and dispatch and assisting with travel bookings. Additionally, you will be required to assist in various administrative tasks, meeting room set-up and coordination and provide general clerical and administrative services to Eagle Farm operations as well as provide assistance and support to the Managing Director as required.
It is essential that the successful applicant has:
- A friendly approach and ability to liaise with all levels of staff, stakeholders and visitors.
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to an Intermediate skill level
- Ability to prioritise your tasks and work to a deadline.
- Flexibility and the ability and the capability and willingness to offer assistance where needed.
- Experience in a similarly busy and diverse Reception / Administration role.
- Excellent presentation skills
- A willingness and ability to learn all aspects of the role.
- Work autonomously.
- Must have a current drivers license.
The successful candidate will be required to undergo pre-employment medical tests, including a drug and alcohol screening.
