About the Role
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Preparing documents and correspondence, supporting across a large team, within a niche division.
- Organising division events and handling travel arrangements seamlessly.
- Assist the team with month end tasks.
- Updating CRM systems with client information.
- Crafting marketing material using MS Office and Canva
- Assisting with billing procedures using Xero Accounting
- Tackling occasional ad-hoc tasks and providing reception relief
About you:
- You have experience working within a similar role, within a professional services organisation.
- Collaboration is your middle name, and you thrive in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills come naturally to you.
- You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and eager to learn new tech tools.
- You have had experience mentoring staff members, or see it as part of the next step in your career.
