The Opportunity - Based in Bunbury with relocation assistance available
We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Case Worker to work with Adults and Families who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness in South West.
You will have high-level case management skills, and a passion to work within a homelessness service that provides access to a wide range of supports and services that assist people in securing and maintaining stable accommodation.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Provide case management supports to individuals and Families.
- Develop collaborative relationships with other external services, government and community agencies and network with key local and specialist support services.
- Actively contribute to a positive team culture with a solution focused, client centred approach.
Essential requirements
- Experience working in homelessness and/or community services.
- Demonstrated experience in case management practices and strategies to support vulnerable people.
- Demonstrated experience in developing relationships and working with people with complex needs.
- Prepared to work in multiple locations in the Southwest
Desirable requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology or other relevant field of study
