• 8/6 days only roster | FIFO from Perth to Port Hedland
• Competitive salary and three annual bonus schemes

About the role:

The Human Resource team is currently seeking a Advisor Human Resource to join them on a 8 Days on, 6 Days off Roster based at Port. Reporting to the HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for engaging and partnering with your business leaders, guiding them through complex people matters.  Your passion for supporting others will see you guide our business objectives in alignment with our people goals.

 
Duties:

• Promote an organisational culture consistent with Roy Hill values and policies
• Partner with the business with the view of providing HR services specific to the operational needs of the business
• Provide coaching to site leaders in all matters related to the management of employees
• Support leaders to develop people, ensuring they have the skills and behaviours to achieve their role objectives
• Implement HR systems, managing the appropriate priority, customer service commitments, and compliance requirements

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Commerce
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources
• Coaching and influencing skills
• Skills in case management and handling complex people issues
• Knowledge of applicable legislation
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Manage multiple priorities and challenges
