Australia's highest performing and award winning Brokerage business is seeking additional Loan Writers due to the pipeline growing faster than their capacity to satisfy the demand.
This is not the traditional Mortgage Broker role, as:
- Unlimited qualified leads are provided
- The support team free you up to do what you do best which is meet prospects and close deals
This will suit someone with at least 2 years Broker or Banking loan writing experience across multiple types of transactions.
The number of loans you can work on at any time is significant and will deliver real opportunities to generate high bonuses for a Loan Writer.

In regard to the remuneration package. My client believes in a higher base than the industry standard as they know their Loan Writers will deliver, and they want to attract the best. The base will be negotiated depending on experience but as a guide $120k to $150k.
Real, achievable and formidable bonuses are being earnt at the moment. As a guide - 30% to 50% of the Base. This is not capped though.
