Bethesda Health Care, nestled on the picturesque banks of the Swan River and renowned for its unwavering values, is looking for an enthusiastic individual to step into the role of Patient Services Clerk.
Hours: Approximately 15 hours per week (3 shifts of 5 hours each), with the possibility of additional hours to cover leave and workplace requirements.
Rate: $32- $34 per hour +Salary packaging +Super
Location: Bethesda Health Care, situated on the banks of the Swan River, offers a picturesque work environment.
About the Role:
- Work on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings
- Flexible shifts with variable start and finish times based on operational needs
- Responsible for clerical duties, including pre-admission bookings, patient admissions, and front-desk reception
Essential Requirements:
- A commitment to working within a Values and behaviour-based organisation
- Minimum two years of administrative experience (Preferably in a health services setting)
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in computer skills (Word, internet, email)
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
- Currently hold or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance [not more than six months old]
- Currently hold or willing to obtain a Working With Children Clearance
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with EPAS or similar electronic patient management systems
