Aftermarket Sales Administrator

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Excel, strong knowledge including Pivot Tables, data manipulation, interpretation, and reporting.
Assisting with Sales Planning, budgeting
Salesforce super user. Working with Sales Executives to ensure that Salesforce is updated and accurate.
Reviewing monthly sales and managing Portfolio & Incremental targets
Sales training administration. Ensuring all sales training and key tasks are complete.
Organising Sales conference (logistics, agendas, speakers, etc)
Helping with sales proposals and presentations, tender responses etc
Preparing customer presentations, back-order reporting, Status 20 reporting
Preparing and a ending out monthly sales reports, quarterly business reviews, etc.
Attending customer meetings (virtual) and taking minutes. Distributing these out to attendees
Scope to stretch into internal sales and qualifying leads
Skills / Experience:
Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Action oriented - Taking on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.
