Aftermarket Sales Administrator

Description

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Excel, strong knowledge including Pivot Tables, data manipulation, interpretation, and reporting.

  • Assisting with Sales Planning, budgeting

  • Salesforce super user. Working with Sales Executives to ensure that Salesforce is updated and accurate.

  • Reviewing monthly sales and managing Portfolio & Incremental targets

  • Sales training administration. Ensuring all sales training and key tasks are complete.

  • Organising Sales conference (logistics, agendas, speakers, etc)

  • Helping with sales proposals and presentations, tender responses etc

  • Preparing customer presentations, back-order reporting, Status 20 reporting

  • Preparing and a ending out monthly sales reports, quarterly business reviews, etc.

  • Attending customer meetings (virtual) and taking minutes. Distributing these out to attendees

  • Scope to stretch into internal sales and qualifying leads
