The Role:
- Provide administrative support for customer proposals, presentations, and tender responses
- Ensure compliance with Sales and Account Management systems and processes
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation in the CRM system
- Coordinate customer onboarding processes and implementation
- Assist in organising team meetings, events, and resources
- Previous experience in a Sales Administration role preferred
- Experience with SalesForce is required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
