One Customer Service Position:
Midea Australia is mainly engaged in air conditioning and consumer appliances business. Headquartered in Melbourne, it has branches in Sydney and Brisbane, and has many online and offline dealers and retailers across Australia.
Due to business expansion, our company is looking for a full-time after-sales customer service staff member. The following conditions must be met:
· Hold a valid work visa
· Have strong English speaking and writing skills and communication skills in both Hindi and English
· Proficient in operating Windows office software
· Good at communication, strong planning and execution ability, sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
· Able to work stably for a long time, relevant work experience is preferred
Work content
· Answer calls and respond to emails on a daily basis
· After-sales management, work order processing, data recording and feedback
· Communicate and collaborate with other departments in the company
The team is young, the working environment is good, and all legal holidays and benefits are available. The basic salary is 55K-60K + Bonus + Super.
