SalaryAs Care Manager of this medium sized Nursing Home (approximately 70 beds) in Hobart Tasmania, you will be second in charge on site overseeing clinical care. Leading the Nursing team you will promote a culture of accurate communication, teamwork, and attention to detail to ensure clinical excellence. Ultimately, it will be your responsibility to ensure that residents receive the best quality of care possible. You will have the assistance of a Clinical Care Coordinator (third in charge) onsite to support you in your role.
- Onsite team structure: Facility Manager >Care Manager > Clinical Care Coordinator > Care Team.
- This home is fully compliant, passed accreditation last year.
- Mainly ageing in place residents, with a small secure dementia unit.
- Salary - $120,000 + superannuation (11%) + access to salary packaging.
- Full-time permanent position.
- Approximately 70 bed Nursing Home in Hobart, Tasmania.

Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration - Division 1 Registered Nurse.
- 4+ years experience working as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care.
- Experience in a Clinical Care Coordinator / Acting Care Manager / Care Manager position desirable.
