Airport Customer Service And Ramp Staff

Overview
Our client is looking for able and enthusiastic Airport Customer Service and Ramp Staff for the Wagga Wagga airport.

Location:
Wagga Wagga N.S.W.

Pay Rate:
$30 to $33 p/h + Super + Shift Loading

Roles:

Airport Customer Service
Duties will include but not be limited to:

• Greeting customers with a smile at Check-in
• Processing and checking travel documents meet requirements
• Assigning seats on the aircraft
• Preparing and issuing boarding passes and baggage reclaim vouchers
• Gate boarding
• Passenger Marshalling
• Disruption Management

Criteria:

• Impeccable grooming and deportment.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Pass Drug, Alcohol and Audio tests 
• ASIC Card or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work weekends and Public Holidays including Christmas.
• Ability to work any shift from 05:00am to 11:00pm.
• Commit to shift lengths of 4 hours per day.
• Available for 2 weeks' full-time training.

Airport Ramp Staff
Duties will include:

• Bag Room functions: scanning and manual handling luggage.
• Loading / unloading baggage & freight.
• Aircraft Receipt & Dispatch.
• Aircraft Pushback.
• Water and waste services.
• Operating Ground Service Equipment on Ramp.

Criteria:

• Driver's License (including Provisional License).
• ASIC Card or willingness to obtain
• Ability to work weekends and Public Holidays including Christmas.
• Ability to work any shift from 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM 
• Commit to shift lengths between 4 - 10 hours per day.
• Available for 1-week full-time training
