Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of Allied Health professionals and administrative staff..
- Ensure the highest standards of quality, service, care, and safety within the clinic.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Make sound decisions for the operational and delivery aspects of Allied Health practices.
- Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Set an example with excellent leadership skills to motivate and guide the team.

- Relevant qualifications in Allied Health or a related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
