As part of our Integrity and Assurance team, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding the educational experience of thousands of students across Victoria.
What You'll Do:
- Dive into the heart of compliance, assessing schools and boarding premises against registration standards.
- Be the gatekeeper of quality, reviewing registration applications and amendments to ensure excellence.
- Build bridges with stakeholders, fostering relationships that enhance cooperation and understanding.
- Share your expertise through training sessions and oversight of contracted reviewers.
- Assist in working with school proprietors to investigate concerns raised by parents, ensuring every voice is heard and addressed.
- Navigate the complexities of risk management by identifying potential hazards and strategically devising mitigation strategies.
- Craft resources and guidance for school proprietors, empowering them to meet and exceed standards.
- Harness the power of data, analysing compliance trends to inform strategic decisions.
What You'll Bring:
A hunger for knowledge, eager to dive into legislative and regulatory frameworks.
Experience in navigating compliance landscapes, with a knack for ensuring adherence to standards.
An understanding of risk frameworks, coupled with analytical prowess to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Stellar communication skills, able to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
A collaborative spirit, working autonomously while also thriving in a team environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
Relevant tertiary qualification in risk, audit, legal or other relevant field.
A minimum of 2 years experience in education administration, law, compliance, risk, or a related field.
