Position
Your reporting line will be directly to a dynamic and exceptionally down to earth Group Financial Controller.
In the role of an Analytical Management Accountant, you will need a diverse skill set and be able to pivot to match the ever-evolving demands of the position. This includes analytical expertise, leadership qualities, and strategic & tactical insight.
This rare and exceptional opportunity for a skilled Analytical Management Accountant is designed to master and apply advanced financial analysis techniques. Through the use of data analytics and financial modeling, you will deliver profound insights into the company's financial status, bolster strategic decision-making, and pinpoint opportunities for reducing costs and increasing revenue.
Snapshot of Key Objectives and what you will bring to the table….
- Overseeing the business's finance and financial management functions encompasses projected profitability, analytics, and lean manufacturing
- Prepare a monthly financial commentary that includes variances to the budget by department, alongside forecasts and comparisons to the previous year
- Prepares the annual budget with cash flow forecasts, identifies key issues within the budget, and presents them to management
- Implement enhancements to the budgeting process
- Review and maintain production and product costings
- Provide analysis and ad-hoc reporting of production, sales and other accounting or financial functions
- Attend when required at monthly board meetings to address relevant management reports
- Actively pursue and advocate for company cost-saving measures and improvements
- Ad hoc project tasks as directed by the Financial Controller
- Ideally, you will be degree qualified with CA/CPA. You will have proven experience with integrated financial systems and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong reporting abilities and excellent communication skills are essential
- Power BI & Expertise in Tableau and dashboard creation is highly advantageous
- Great personality - A MUST!!
- Manufacturing Background or FMCG - A MUST!
