Job description:
Provide quality service to the Honda national dealer networks, Regional Business Managers/Territory Manager and Zone Sales Managers, carrying out the processing of sales orders and maintenance of associated records, and assist with general inquiries, including but not limited to, dealer credits, availability, and order supply.

Profile description:
How you'll make an impact
- Ensure that all product orders are processed, accurately and correctly, within the specified time frames.
- Assist the Honda national dealer networks & Honda associates with advice on Product including, but not limited to, availability, pricing, estimated arrival and tracking through 3rd party organisations.
- Assist dealers in a support capacity to the Retail Business Managers for the respective zone, with respect to sales campaigns & promotions, stock and supply.
- Quarterly phone contact with applicable Zone/area of responsible "D" category dealers with dealer contact report completed.
- Liaise with warehouse and logistics staff to communicate variations to despatch requests.
- Assist with the filing of archival goods return claims, orders, and any other relevant dealer documentation.
- Liaise with 3rd party finance organisations to facilitate release of product requiring manual approval.
- Ensure DealerNet is maintained for dealer & Honda associates' access and assist with Level 1 troubleshooting.
- Process dealers return claims or price adjustments and ensure that appropriate follow up is carried out.
- Be responsible for the coordination and dispatch of reports and other information required by Retail Business Managers to assist them in the day-to-day running of their territories.
- Administration of Salesforce with respect to Retail Business Managers weekly activities.
- Assist with monthly Niguri meetings for management of production orders.
- Ensure that incoming emails are cleared and directed to the appropriate area for action, and that calls in general phone queue are directed to appropriate departments.
- Assist with stock validation and stock take procedures on the direction of the Sales Operations Lead.
- Assist the Zone Sales Manager with evaluations of the Dealer Network with regards to their sales performance.
What you'll bring to Honda
- Ability to prioritise, time management skills.
- Must be PC literate with an advanced level of skill within MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyse the market situation in which Dealers operate is preferred.
- Desirable reporting and presentation skills and the ability to effectively present material to Senior Management.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business objectives and report conclusively on results
