All about the gig:
Reporting to our Chief Group Technology Officer:
- You'll lead and manage technical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery, with a particular focus on cloud-based solutions including Azure.
- You'll conduct thorough business analysis to comprehend project requirements and craft strategic plans accordingly, emphasizing cloud migration strategies and execution.
- You'll manage and mentor a technical team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance, with a keen focus on developing cloud competencies.
- You'll facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring seamless execution of sprints, stakeholder demos, and retrospectives, integrating cloud project milestones and deliverables.
- You'll communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage priorities, expectations, and deliverables, particularly in the context of cloud adoption and migration projects.
- You'll provide comprehensive executive summaries monthly, offering insights into project status, risks, and success factors, including specific considerations for cloud environments and migration projects.
- You'll leverage technical expertise in areas such as .NET, web development, business analysis, and data management to drive project success, with a strong emphasis on optimizing these competencies for cloud platforms like Azure.
- You'll spearhead and oversee cloud migration projects, ensuring a smooth transition of services and infrastructure to Azure, while minimizing disruption and aligning with business objectives.
- You'll collaborate closely with the Group Chief Information Technology Officer and Country Directors for Australia, Singapore, and Thailand, ensuring alignment of cloud strategies and initiatives with overall business goals.
- You'll monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security, utilizing Azure's suite of tools and services to maximize the benefits of the cloud environment.
All about you:
- You have 5+ years of relevant technical project management experience and (ideally) a relevant IT qual. Your technical acumen spans .NET, web development, business analysis, and data management. A+ for you.
- You have aligned experience. You know what it's like to work with a high-profile consumer brand. You're known for your expertise with agile methodologies, project and stakeholder management. You're great at providing executive summaries and managing Agile/Scrum and stakeholder ceremonies.
- You are people-focused. You're warm, honest and genuine. You get a kick out of helping others and solving problems to create seamless experiences for people. Going over and above to deliver impeccable customer service makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
