Senior Manager, Regional PR & Selected Global Responsibilities
Regional PR Responsibilities
Collaborates with External Communications team peers, marketing disciplines, internal communications, executives, subject matter experts and local agencies to develop and carry out integrated regional communication, PR and social media plans
Owns the relationship with regional PR agencies including budget, KPI setting and monitoring, and performance management, and reports back to the global PR director
Metrical management of PR performance including but not limited to managing and sharing metrics with colleagues and regional peers, development of regional measurement dashboards in cision, digimind, sprinklr or similar, and regular reporting of progress against both tactical and strategic KPIs in regionally and globally as relevant
Manages the regional contribution to and attendance at both regional key milestone events and for the AVEVA World PR program, working to the global PR director, including coordinating and hosting interviews with Caspar & leadership on the ground with key regional media or news outlets who may be either attending or remotely engaging with the event
Develops and leads the design of press materials, including media kits, op-eds, thought leadership articles, holding statements, talking points, media briefs, and news releases
Proactively identifies opportunities and provides rapid responses to media enquiries
Contributes creative ideas on how to increase the profile of the AVEVA brand globally
Manages internal communications to key stakeholders in order to demonstrate progress and output of the program
Management of PR-related procurement and associated processes for regional PR events and activities and as pertains to the management of regional PR agencies etc.
Supports regional events - virtual and in-person when market conditions allow
Supports crises and issues if they arise - with support and under guidance of global team.

Confident in managing agency partners
Prior experience in regional or multi-markets collaboration/coordination
Able to manage a budget
Team player and enjoys a challenge
Ability to travel Up to 10%
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a marketing, communications, technology, or related field or equivalent experience
Experience in public relations role with additional experience across communications and/or marketing, ideally with another global technology/SaaS company
Experience with a software technology vendor preferred
