Responsibilities:
- Support: Provide timely assistance to users, troubleshooting and maintaining system functionality.
- Resolution: Diagnose and fix application issues, including configurations and data inconsistencies.
- Customisation: Collaborate on tailoring applications to organisational needs.
- Data Integrity: Ensure data quality through imports, exports, and maintenance, including cleansing.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive system documentation, including configurations and troubleshooting.
Experience/what we are looking for:

Technical experience:
- Minimum 1 year experience with enterprise-grade Web Content Management Systems like Sitefinity, Sitecore, or Episerver.
- Minimum 1 year experience in cloud hosting environments, preferably Azure.
- Strong knowledge of web application development, including ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML, and related technologies.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD, preferably using Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of business analysis and requirements gathering techniques, such as business process mapping.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems like ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Knowledge of audit, risk, and compliance with a focus on IT General Controls.
- Understanding of domain management principles, including DNS configuration, domain registration, and SSL certificates.
- Exposure to electronic marketing tools like Campaign Breeze, Salesforce, and Microsoft Customer Insights.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools for tracking platform health, up-time, and performance metrics.
