A dynamic Federal Government department is looking to engage an experienced Application Support Analyst to join a skilled and friendly team based in Sydney, Melbourne or Canberra. In this role you will provide support to investigate and prioritise business application incidents raised by staff for SAP and Salesforce platforms. The successfulApplication Support Analyst will be offered an initial 12 month contract with the view to be extended for 12 months and will be offered a rewarding daily rate.
The successful Application Support Analyst will be responsible for the below:
- Investigating and resolving ICT system issues.
- Performing validation on complex business problems buy differentiating between IT and operational issues
- Performing some data analysis and reporting as needing
- Providing support to release cycle tasks
The successful Application Support Analyst will have experience in the following:
- Demonstrated experience in providing Application Support or similar in a large complex environment.
- Experience in supporting SAP and/or Salesforce platforms.
- Experience in the use of an ICT Service Management Tool.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
