Application Support Analyst

In this role, you will be Reporting to the Application Support Team Leader, and will be responsible for providing top-notch L1/L2 Application Support for Salesforce to the Investment business in the Pacific.

- Investigate, triage, diagnose and resolve complex application issues, collaborating with clients (primarily internal, occasionally external), other IT departments, and suppliers to find effective solutions
- Provide users with best practice communications, guidance, and support until tickets are resolved
- Manage application monitoring and maintenance, including installation, configuration, and administration of applications and services
- Conduct Post Incident/Implementation Reviews and take ownership of remedial activities until completion
- Support and manage key Business Critical Applications, ensuring monitoring is in place, identifying and reporting service issues, and proposing improvements.
- 3-4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, with a focus on L2/L3 technical support.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving complex Salesforce issues.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data management and data migration best practices.
- Experience with MS Dynamics and integrating Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in application setup, configuration, deployment, and support
- Experience in incident management and change management
- Hands on experience with SNOW to manage incidents/change requests (highly regarded)
- ITIL Certification and working experience
- General knowledge in networking, Windows/Unix Server/OS, Active Directory, switches/routers, firewalls and VDI
- Flexibility around working hours – occasional weekends/after-hours work will be required.
