Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
* Experience in first-level administration, support and operation of applications in a service desk environment, and help desk roles in an ITIL environment, utilising service management software such as JIRA Service Desk and Confluence is desirable.
* Experience in using a range of specialist Planning applications, including Amendment Tracking System, Permits Online, Hermes and Keystone, would be highly regarded.
* Competent using software including Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Azure would be highly regarded.
* Knowledge of Planning Schemes in Victoria would be an advantage.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne. This position is classified as VPS Officer Grade 3 with the salary ranging from $74,580 to $90,558.
