Your new role
As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is to handle calls and emails to and from potential clients, with the aim to schedule and manage appointments for the company's management team. You will engage with callers, gather necessary information, and book appointments based on their needs and preferences. Your role involves providing excellent customer service, actively listening to callers, and efficiently managing the appointment calendar for a number of the SV Partners team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months experience within a telemarketing, customer service, direct marketing or similar role;
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines;
- Ability to effectively manage priorities, calendars and pipeline for multiple partners simultaneously;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication – fluency in English is essential;
- Excellent organisational skills with the drive to take initiative and ownership of own tasks;
- The desire and ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics or other CRM highly desirable;
- Experience utilising a variety of digital marketing platforms, in particular, LinkedIn.
