You’ll be provided with leads to contact by phone and set appointments for our Sales Representatives to discuss digital marketing strategies. It’s a great conversation to have with small to medium business owners!

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads list.
- Introduce our digital marketing services and explain their benefits to potential customers.
- Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with prospects.
- Understand clients' marketing needs and tailor our services to meet their specific requirements.
- Follow up on warm leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales opportunities in our sales system.
- Achieve weekly targets for lead generation and sales conversion.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- Daily KPI's are 150-200 dial-outs, 150 minutes of talk time, and 4 appointments booked throughout the 7.6hr day.
