Data Administrator

We are looking for:

Our Finance Team is in need of a Data Administrator to assist with the preparation, cleaning and analysis of our data using a range of different methods. The role also has potential to assist our IT department with some adhoc tasks.

• 2-3 days per week
• Newly created position with the potential to become a permanent role

Responsibilities: 

• Preparation and cleaning of data
• Ability to identify data deficiencies and work with the business and/or development teams to propose and implement solutions for improved data quality
• Assist with the development of data models, data processing systems and ETL framework
• Participate in month end report and data related tasks

• Highly competent computer literacy skills
• Fast learner

Required experience and qualifications:

• Experience using Microsoft Office - Excel/Teams/Outlook required

Intermediate Excel skills desirable

• Studying/tertiary qualifications in Data Science/Computer Science/Information Technology desirable
• Experience using Power Query, Power BI and/or Xero preferred
• General understanding of Agile and Lean principles desirable
• Data modelling experience desirable
• Basic understanding of data base configuration and SQL desirable

In this position, you will be working out of our South Perth Head Office; this is not a remote opportunity.
