Approved Manager required for Beachfront Tavern

The business is located at the Scarborough beachfront  and we've been here pushing the boundaries since 2010. 

Our Management Team is looking for another Experienced Approved Manager to join us here and contribute to the daily operations of this successful Tavern. 

Solid experience in managing food and drinks operations is required- gained through previous roles held.

The Role: (Brief overview)

• Control the day-to-day operations of the Tavern
• Positive Management of Staff 
• Maintain liquor licence conditions
• Cash handling 
• Opening and closing of the business as required
• Training
• Data input as required for accounting purposes
• Effective management of OH&S matters
