The Role
The TMC Administration Officer is responsible for:
- PMKeyS records management and raising ACMS courses obligations
- Ensuring that the TMC assures the integrity of all PMKeyS entries made by PD&T Transactors
- Oversight and guidance of TMC processes and functions in support of the Army Aviation Training Centre's in-house and exported courses
- Ensuring quality control in training evidence documents
- Distributing training evidence documents to correct locations
- Following TMC processes and accurately recording Training Establishments activity and progress
- Communicating clearly and professionally with Course Managers
Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting the OTE Manager with:
- Overseas Training Requirements
- Processing Overseas Training Requests
- Maintenance of statistical records
- Data Entry

The TMC is a small team workplace that will require adaptability and determination to provide information and records management support across the Headquarters and the Training Establishments.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will be a team player and a 'people person' who will readily engage with staff on course management practices and process methodology. Your excellent interpersonal, negotiation and verbal communication skills will be required to regularly liaise and coordinate with a broad range of stakeholders including Senior Instructors and Course Managers, contractors, APS and ADF members within and external to Army Aviation Training Centre.
Highly developed written and oral communication skills will be required to direct internal processes and develop documentation, plus to maintain information and knowledge sharing platforms. Experience in Record and Information management is highly desirable with the expectation to autonomously manage record and archive repositories. This is a desk-based position based at Swartz Barracks involving computer use and working with others towards shared goals in a collaborative environment
