A Federal Government Agency is looking for experienced Executive Assistants to join their team.

Your new role
This position is focused on providing exceptional support to the joint program directors. Day to-day key tasks and responsibilities will include:
- Comprehensive professional email and diary management of both Directors
- Scheduling meetings and appointments across multiple timezones
- Coordinating meeting logistics including the preparation of meeting papers and report documents (including editing and formatting)
- Conducting research, collecting and analysing data to prepare documents and briefing reports
- Coordinating travel and reconciliation of monthly expenses
- Providing secretarial support to all executive and board meetings
- Maintaining confidential records
- Extensive communication with a variety of external and internal stakeholders - supporting other senior executives if and where needed
- Carrying out projects for the Executive Team
- Personal Assistant duties as needed

- Significant experience working with senior management at EA level (minimum 3 years)
- Advanced skills in administration and computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential) and be 'tech-savvy'
- High level writing skills, including editing/proofreading and succinct minute taking
- Effective time management strategies and ability to prioritise a pressured workload
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Have experience with discretion and executing judgement
- Proficient at organising and coordinating large meetings and events
- High level of resilience and ability to respond to changing demands/needs
- Corporate presentation with a confident and friendly personality
- Proactive and reliable with a solid, stable work history
- Flexible, forward-thinking, enthusiastic, confident with decision-making, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
- Great attention to detail, demonstrated team participation and a strong customer service focus with a high level of responsiveness is essential.
