Join our after-hours team as a dedicated Coordinator specializing in out-of-Hours Operations. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in optimizing service delivery within the Library's reading rooms and the Ask a Librarian service.
As the committed Coordinator, you'll take charge of overseeing the National Library reading rooms, clients, and staff on Sundays. Leading a team focused on delivering customer-centric reference services, you'll tackle inquiries both onsite and through online and phone channels, while also aiding users in navigating Library resources.
In addition to supervisory responsibilities and providing essential training, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders, including Library Security, to ensure the safety and security of all involved.
Your role will be dynamic and fulfilling as you coordinate out-of-Hours Operations and engage with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. As a key member of our high-performing team, you'll manage workflows and continuously seek ways to enhance processes.
