ABOUT THE JOB:
- Provide timely and quality customer service in a regulatory environment.
- Assist in provision of logistical corporate support to internal and external stakeholders in accordance with relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports that incorporate a range of data sources to provide visibility to senior executives on a range of corporate matters.
- Provide coordination for relevant committees, networks and stakeholder engagement.
- Support relevant governance bodies as required through the provision of secretariat support.
- Contribute to the preparation of correspondence, briefs, minutes and reports on emerging issues.
- Engage in self-development by applying constructive feedback and committing to ongoing professional development.
THE SUCCESFUL CANDIDATE:
- Experience in building and maintaining effective relationships.
- Comprehensive research, interpretation and critical analysis skills.
- The ability to work autonomously, make decisions and exercise judgement within a regulatory environment.
- The ability to take responsibility for managing work projects and deliverables with a focus on quality and timeliness.
- The ability to be responsive and adaptive to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- The ability to conduct risk assessments to support assurance activities.
