HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an APS5 Level Business Analyst to join our client's team in PenrithNSW.
About the Role
As an APS5 Level Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the participant experience by contributing to the delivery of a Quality Assurance Program.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and analysing data to identify business demands and opportunities.
- Creating dashboards to track key metrics and trends.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to implement business solutions.
- Supporting team members through clear communication and collaboration.
- Conducting business continuity analysis and validation activities.

About You
To excel in this role, you'll need:
