The Role
Join Englishwise and help us turn insights into strategy as our next Business Analyst
- Assist in establishing project scope and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct requirements gathering through stakeholder interviews, data and process mapping, and modelling.
- Build detailed business requirements for relevant projects and initiatives, documenting findings in a clear and structured format understandable by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business and digital teams to validate project requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
- Run interface with both onshore and offshore team members and vendors to improve communication and collaboratively identify and manage inter-team dependencies.
- Adapt to work in parallel with Agile teams and more traditional Waterfall teams where required to deliver initiatives.
- Identify, remove, and escalate project impediments and risks, taking corrective action when activities deviate from the plan.
- Assist with the design and delivery of change within the team and among stakeholders as required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring ongoing communication and feedback loops to support business solution development.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, trainings with stakeholders to accurately capture and represent their needs or re-train on current software solutions
- Understand and ensure that solutions adhere to policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and corporate policy requirements and standards.
About you
- At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with Online Learning Platforms or Learning Management Systems
- Proficiency with Power Platforms, SharePoint, and other common business analysis tools
- A track record of delivering transformational projects.
- A self-motivated attitude, enjoying problem-solving and identifying opportunities.
- The ability to work well independently, with situational support from a manager
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills, including excellent verbal, presentation, and influencing abilities to build relationships across international regions.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Information Systems, Commerce, or a related field
- PTE/IELTS Scorecard is a plus
