About the Role:
- Undertake moderately complex to complex tasks with accountability and limited supervision.
- Work within legislative frameworks and policies to support our client.
- Engage in research, drafting, and updating of internal and external guidance materials with a participant-centered approach.
- Interpret and translate relevant Act and Rules into actionable guidelines.
- Respond to feedback from participants and stakeholders to enhance guidance materials.
- Provide expert advice on procedural guidance, practice implementation, and operational matters to improve participant experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the branch.
