About the Role:

• Manage operational aspects of one integrated practice within the Service Management Office.
• Provide expert technical support and advice on complex issues.
• Actively engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure effective outcomes.
• Identify, document, and categorise practice work items for streamlined lifecycle management.
• Drive continuous improvements in practice capability and performance.

About You:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in IT Service Management, focusing on practices such as Problem Management, Change Management, or Release Management.
• Proven track record of thriving in collaborative team environments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated commitment to meeting work targets and standards.

Desirable:

• Experience in related IT practices like Service Desk or Software Development.
• Familiarity with Atlassian JIRA Service Desk and/or Confluence.
• Background in Government or providing services to Government agencies.
